چکیده مقاله :
در گنجینۀ ادبیات اسلامی، پیامبران به عنوان اسوه‌هایِ بی‌نقصِ بشریت، جایگاهی بس والا و قابل ستایش دارند. یکی از این شخصیت‌های آرمانی که سخن‌سرایان و نویسندگان در آثارشان به ذکرِ نام و یاد مبارکش تبرّک جسته‌اند، حضرت عیسی مسیح(ع) می‌باشد که موت و حیاتش سراسر شگفتی است. کمال‌الدین اسماعیل اصفهانی شاعر نکته‌دانِ صاحب‌قریحه، در میانۀ سخن، برای بیانِ رویدادهای ذهنی و عینی روزگار خویش، و نیز برای افزایش تأثیرِ حِکَم و مواعظ و مدایح، بر سبیلِ تلمیح و اشاره، به وقایعِ مهم زندگی آن حضرت، از تولد تا عروج، چشم داشته‌است. زمینۀ اطلاعاتِ این بزرگوار، قرآن مجید، روایات، اخبار و تفاسیر و قصص قرآنی است. از پختگی ابیات می‌توان میزان احاطه‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ی وی را به این مبحث دریافت. آنچه کمال‌الدین اسماعیل از حضرت عیسی(ع) به تصویر کشیده‌است، نمونۀ اعلایی از خصایص وجود نازنین و پاک آن حضرت می‌باشد. در سطور آینده، شواهد و مستنداتی که در خصوص سیمای حضرت عیسی(ع) از دیوان این شاعر بزرگ گرد‌آوری شده، تحت عناوینی همچون: وجه تسمیه، تولد شگفت، نطق در گهواره، عروج بر افلاک، معجزات و... طبقه‌بندی و تشریح گردیده‌است.
In the treasure of Islamic literature, the Prophets, as the perfect fortunes of humanity, have a great place to be praised.
