بررسی سطوح برون‌سپاری آموزش از دیدگاه کارشناسان آموزش ادارات دولتی خراسان جنوبی

چکیده مقاله :
هدف از انجام این تحقیق، بررسی سطوح برون‌سپاری آموزش از دیدگاه کارشناسان آموزش ادارات دولتی خراسان جنوبی است. این تحقیق توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری تمامی کارشناسان آموزش ادارات دولتی استان خراسان جنوبی می‌باشد که تعداد آنها 60 نفر می باشد. با توجه به کوچک بودن حجم جامعه و امکان دسترسی به تمام اعضای جامعه در این تحقیق از روش سرشماری استفاده شد و كل جامعه آماري به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. روايي محتوايي اين پرسشنامه توسط 10 نفر از اساتيد صاحبنظر در حوزه آموزش و برنامه‌ريزي درسي و مديريت آموزشي با اندكي تغييرات مورد تأييد قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق آزمون آلفای کرانباخ 92/0 محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد، اکثر کارشناسان آموزش ادارات دولتی استان خراسان جنوبی با برون‌سپاری آموزش های سازمانی در ابعاد هدف، حيطه، محتوا، مدت و فرايند آموزش موافقند اما بین دیدگاه آنها در خصوص برون‌سپاری آموزش‌های سازمانی (سطوح هدف، حيطه، محتوا، مدت و فرايند آموزش) به لحاظ سابقه شغلی و سطح تحصیلات تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد.
The purpose of this research was investigation of the levels of training outsourcing from the perspective of training experts in governmental departments of the southern Khorasan. This research was descriptive and survey type. The statistical population was all of the experts in the training of the government departments of south Khorasan province, which is 60 people. Due to the small size of the population and the availability of all members of population in this study, the census method was used and the entire population was selected as a sample. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to gather information. Content validity of this questionnaire was verified by 10 professors in the field of instruction and curriculum development and educational management with a few changes. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated through Cronbach's alpha test 0.92. The results showed that most of the education experts of the state departments of south Khorasan province agree with the outsourcing of organizational training in the scope, purpose, domain, content, duration and educational process. However, there was no significant difference between their views on outsourcing of organizational education (levels of purpose, scope, content, duration, and educational process) in terms of job record and education level.
