بررسی نقش سرمایه اجتماعی در عملکرد شرکت های تعاونی مرزنشینان شهرستان تنکابن

شرکت تعاونی‌های مرزنشینان از جمله تعاونی‌های پرجمعیت هستند كه با هدف افزایش سطح رفاه و توان اقتصادی مردم مرزنشین ایجاد شدند و با توجه به شكننده بودن وضعیت اشتغال و فعالیت‌های اقتصادی مناطق مرزی، نیازمند حمایت دوچندان هستند و عملکرد آنها باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش پیمایشی و استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS و Smart PLS، به دنبال پاسخ به این سؤال اصلی می باشد که نقش سرمایه اجتماعی در عملکرد شرکت های تعاونی مرزنشینان شهرستان تنکابن چیست؟ جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر تمامی اعضای شرکت های تعاونی مرزنشینان شهرستان تنکابن می باشد که تعداد آنها بر اساس آخرین آمار در حدود 92000 نفر بوده و 384 نفر از آنها با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که بین میزان کل سرمایه اجتماعی (34/0) و ابعاد آن یعنی اعتماد اجتماعی (38/0)، مشارکت اجتماعی (41/0)، انسجام اجتماعی (30/0)، حمایت اجتماعی (27/0)، آگاهی اجتماعی(35/0) و ارتباط اجتماعی(36/0) با مشارکت سیاسی شهروندان ارتباط مثبت و مستقیم و معنادار وجود دارد. بنابراین، تمامی فرضیه های پژوهش تایید می شوند. نتایج حاصل از مدل معادله ساختاری (Smart PLS) نیز نشان دادند که در کل، اثر متغیر مستقل سرمایه اجتماعی بر عملکرد تعاونی های مرزنشین به میزان 55/0 می باشد که با مدنظر قرار دادن مقادير مربوط به حجم اثر شاخص ضريب تعيين، اين مقدار در حد متوسط (30/0) برآورد مي شود.
Border Cooperatives are one of the most populous cooperatives that were established with the aim of increasing the level of welfare and economic power of border people and due to the fragile employment situation and economic activities in border areas, they need double support and their performance should be considered. In this regard, the present study, using the survey method and the use of SPSS and Smart PLS software, seeks to answer the main question: what is the role of social capital in the performance of Tonekabon border cooperatives? The statistical population of the present study is all members of Tonekabon city border cooperatives, whose number according to the latest statistics is about 92,000 people and 384 of them were selected using the Cochran's formula as the sample size. The results indicate that between the total amount of social capital (0.34) and its dimensions, ie social trust (0.38), social participation (0.41), social cohesion (0.30), social support (0.27) 0), social awareness (0.35), social communication (0.36) with the political participation of citizens there is a positive, direct and significant relationship. Therefore, all research hypotheses are confirmed. The results of the structural equation model (Smart PLS) also showed that the total effect of the independent variable of social capital on the performance of frontier cooperatives is 0.55, which by considering the values of the volume of the effect of the coefficient of determination of this value in the amount Average (0.30) is estimated.
