چکیده مقاله :
یکی از اهداف اصلی دانشگاه‌ها، شناخت نیازهای دانشی فعلی و آتی صنعت کشور و آموزش دانشجویان در راستای این نیازهاست. از جمله ابزارهای موثر در جهت رسیدن به این مهم، به‌کارگیری سیستم مدیریت دانش در دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز صنعتی کشور، و ارتباط هر دو سیستم آن‌ها با یکدیگر است. اما حجم انبوه و پراکنده مباحث مدیریت دانش باعث سردرگمی و روی گرداندن آن‌ها، از پیاده سازی مدیریت دانش شده است. لذا هدف این تحقیق، بررسی مهم‌ترین نقشه راه‌ها‌ی پیاده سازی مدیریت دانش و ارائه نقشه راهی برای پیاده سازی مدیریت دانش در دانشگاه جامع امام حسین (ع) است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل 80 نفر کارشناس اجرایی مدیریت دانش و آشنا به محیط‌های دانشگاهی است که از طریق فرمول کوکران، 45 نفر به روش نمونه گیری هدف دار انتخاب شدند. نقشه راه بدست آمده از ادبیات موضوع، به وسیله پرسشنامه‌ای با طیف 5 گزینه‌ای لیکرتی، که روایی آن توسط فرمول لاشه و پایایی آن توسط آلفای کرونباخ (91/.) احراز گردید، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. جهت تایید مدل از آزمون‌های فرض و جهت تحلیل داده‌ها، از توزیع دوجمله‌ای استفاده شد. در نهایت نقشه راهی کاربردی، شامل 11 فاز اصلی و 30 فعالیت کلیدی به همراه جزئیات و نحوه ارتباطات آن‌ها، به منظور پیاده سازی مدیریت دانش در دانشگاه بدست آمد.
One of the main objectives of universities, recognizing the current and future Knowledge needs of industry and educate students in line with these needs. One of the most effective tools to achieve this aim is using the knowledge management system in the State universities and Industrial centers of the country, and Linking the two systems together. However, the massive volume and dispersed of knowledge management issues Has led that most of universities be confused and Repent on the implementation of knowledge management. So the aim of this study is to evaluate the roadmaps of implementation knowledge management and provide a road map for implement knowledge management in The Comprehensive University of Imam Hossein. The study In terms of aim is applied and In terms of method is Descriptive - survey research. Statistical population of Research is Including 80 Executive expert knowledge management familiar with College campuses. Through the formula of Cochran, 45 people were selected with Targeted sampling. The road map obtained from the literature was evaluated, with a questionnaire with range of five options Likert, that its validity by the formula lashe and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha (0.91) were obtained. For confirm the model was used Hypothesis Test and for the data analysis was used Binomial Distribution. Finally, in order to implement of knowledge management in University was obtained an applied roadmap, including 11 major phases and 30 Key Activity with details and their interaction
