Providing a Pattern for Services Innovation Management in the Banking Industry with the Structural Equation Modeling Approach (Case Study: tourism bank)

Abstract :
Nowadays, innovation as an influential principle determines today and future success or failure of organizations. Although the importance of innovation in the service industries is obvious but the factors and indicators that affect the management of service innovation in most of industries is unclear and undefined. Considering that service organizations, including banks, have become an important part of the economy, the study of the status of innovation and the provision model for them is considered essential. The purpose of this research is to provide a model for services innovation management in the banking industry. The statistical population of the research is stuff of Iran Tourism Bank branches. In order to validate and fit indexes and research pattern, structural equations and Amos software have been used. According to the results of the research, 58 final effective indicators on the management of service innovation in the form of 9 factors were classified. In order to rank the factors, the output of Amos software has been used. Finally, according to results, systematic and organizational factors, process factors, learning, market and customer factors and financial factors ranked first to fifth, and strategical factors, human factors, technological factors and communication factors ranked sixth to ninth. The result of this research is useful for deciding about innovative future projects of tourism bank and planning about infrastructure and usage of them in this organization and all parts of banking industry.
