Summary Human resources are the most valuable resources of an organization that collect and store in their minds as experiences, experiences, trends, solutions, initiatives, etc. as a knowledge base. When this knowledge was implicitly and explicitly taken out of the hands of the organization and managed, It can be fruitful and can help achieve organizational goals. This happens during the knowledge management process. The process of identifying, producing, disseminating, integrating, and applying the right knowledge at the right time by the right person in the knowledge management organization. This article attempts to describe and define knowledge management and the relationship between knowledge management and human resource empowerment while explaining the impacts of knowledge management on human resource empowerment.
