Abstract :
The present study aims to provide an optimal model of crisis management for the continuation of post-accident activity (Case study: of industrial defense organizations). In order to study and present the model, first, by studying the library and field, a proposed model for defense industrial organizations was presented. Then, 26 questions were examined using a standardized questionnaire. In the first stage, a questionnaire was designed and prepared and also implemented and approved by experts. Were being distributed. The data extracted from the questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS software. In descriptive analysis of data, tables and graphs of each section were drawn and in inferential statistics section were analyzed using t-test. Then the results of t-test analysis showed that questions twelve and fifteen of the questionnaire will be removed from the proposed model because the respondents did not consider the presence of these items necessary. These cases were probably removed because they do not have the necessary functionality for use in emergencies. Also, the results of T-test analysis showed that the first questions up to eleven, thirteen and fourteen, as well as questions sixteen to twenty-six will remain in the proposed model. And resource management, command and management, continuity and continuity of activities after the accident in defense industrial organizations.
