Abstract :
Technological learning is a necessary factor for companies in developing countries that are lagging behind the pioneers of technology, an issue that Iranian companies suffer from and unfortunately do not pay attention to. The most decisive and vital industry of the country, namely the oil industry, has a very important role in the budget, income, gross national growth and development process of the country. Which is not possible without the acquisition of knowledge. Therefore, there is a need to increase productivity in this area, which is one of the most important components of growth is the use of new and up-to-date technologies, which in fact should increase the ability to learn technology to achieve more successful acquisition. The purpose of this study is to present a model for the implementation of technological learning in the oil industry. For this purpose, first by reviewing the literature and background of the effective factors, identification and then by consulting experts, the factors were summarized. In the next step, using the statistical hypothesis test, the effectiveness of these factors in technological learning in the oil industry was confirmed. Then, using interpretive structural modeling technique, the variables were structured and graded. Based on this, the variables "R&D, investment, culture. Government policies" were identified as the underlying factors in the implementation of technological learning in the oil industry, and suggestions were made to strengthen them. But in order to implement technological learning in the oil industry.
