پدافند غیرعامل، رمز ایجاد امنیت در گستره شهرها و روستاهای کشور (با تأکید بر معماری شهری و روستایی)

چکیده مقاله :
انسان در هر شرایطی باید قادر باشد، نسبت به حفظ جان و مال خود، در برابر تهدیدهای طبیعی و غیرطبیعی اقدام نماید. هدف پژوهش، مطرح می سازد که امکان دارد کشور همانند گذشته درگیر جنگ های ناخواسته سخت، نیمه سخت یا جنگ نرم شود که باید در برابر هریک از آنها آمادگی لازم داشته و از میهن اسلامی دفاع نماییم، زیرا در قرن بيستم بيش از 220 جنگ به وقوع پيوسته و بيش از 200 ميليون نفر تلفات داشته و این هشداری برای آمادگی است. روش تحقیق این پژوهش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و با هدف کاربردی است و چون موضوع ریشه در گذشته دارد، از روش تاریخی نیز بهره گرفته شده است. فرضیه تحقیق مطرح می سازد که ميهن اسلامي ما طي ساليان گذشته شاهد چند جنگ مهم بوده و مقابله با انقلاب اسلامي نیز جزء اهداف راهبردي استكبار جهاني مي‌باشد و ایران قادر است، همانند هشت سال دفاع مقدس با آموزش های ضروری به آحاد جامعه در زمینه پدافند غیرعامل و ایجاد امنیت مطلوب، از ملت و کشور دفاع نماید. یافته های تحقیق، بیانگر این است که پدافند غیرعامل با رعایت اصول و تکنیک های مربوطه و ارایه آگاهی های لازم به آحاد جامعه، در اصل رمز ایجاد امنیت در میهن اسلامی است. نتیجه این که امام خمينى(ره) می فرمایند: «در هر شرايطى بايد بنيه دفاعى كشور در بهترين وضعيت باشد...»، لذا با عنایت به این تأکید و ضرورت تأمین امنیت و آمادگی لازم، اصول پدافند غیرعامل باید در معماری شهری و روستایی از نظر استحکام بناها و ایمنی برای آحاد جامعه بازنگری و اصول مهندسی در آنها لحاظ گردد.
In all circumstances, man should be able to protect his life and his property against the natural and unnatural threats. The purpose of this research is to show the possibility of involving a country in unintended conflicts such as hard, semi-hard or soft war. Therefore, we must be prepared for each of them and defense of our Islamic homeland. Because there were more than 220 wars in the twentieth century with more than 200 million casualties for people. Then, this is a warning to us to be prepared. The research uses a descriptive-analytic approach to take advantage of the practical results. Because the subject is tied to the past, the historical method is employed. The research hypothesis raises that; our Islamic homeland has been faced with several important wars. On the other hand, facing with Islamic Revolution is one of the strategic objectives of the global arrogance. Iran is capable of as eight years of sacred defense to give the necessary training to all sections of society in the field of passive defense to defend the nation and the country. The result is that Imam Khomeini (God's mercy be upon him) in a part of his thoughts says: " In all circumstances, the vigor of the defense must be in the best condition. Over the years of war and conflict, people have touched the hatred and cruelty of the enemies of the God and themselves... ". Therefore, by considering this remark and the necessity of securing and preparation, the principles of passive defense will be reviewed and analyzed for urban and rural architecture respect to building strength and the public safety.
