Providing welfare services may well contribute to the satisfaction of the staff working in an organization. Therefore, this study sought to identify and prioritize welfare services required for Khorasan Razavi teachers using a systematic scientific method. To this end, the study applied a survey method. Therefore, this quantitative study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of analysis method, taking individuals (teachers) as the unit of observation and analysis. The statistical population of the study comprised the teachers teaching primary school, first secondary school, and second secondary school level, and the administrative staff of the education department of Khorasan Razavi province. The results of the study (in order of importance) revealed that Teacher’s Accommodation and Tourism Centers was the most important welfare service with an average rate of 4.11, followed by the consumer cooperative and loan facilities, with average rates of 4.08 and 4.05, respectively. It could therefore be concluded that accommodation centers hold the highest priority in the viewpoint of the province’s teachers for domestic trips.
